    Customized Support

ECTI’s volunteer intervention is based on customized support. We don’t deploy ready-made solutions from a product catalog.

Before a mission begins, a meeting always takes place between the prospective beneficiary and a qualified ECTI representative. This meeting ensures a clear understanding of the mission’s objective, its scope, and the conditions for its implementation. Based on this needs assessment, the most suitable profiles are selected and proposed to the beneficiary. The mission, described through an agreement, can be carried out by a volunteer or, more often, by a multidisciplinary team.

    Clear and structured intervention procedures

Intervention procedures of ECTI volunteers are subject to a simple and effective process.

Once the mission objective has been clearly defined between the beneficiary and the ECTI representative, an intervention agreement is signed. It specifies:

    • nature of the mission
    • expected objectives
    • human and material resources to be deployed
    • duration and any intermediate steps
    • conditions for covering management costs
    • any specific arrangements. At the end of the mission, a report is submitted to the beneficiary

A choice that gives meaning to your commitment

Choosing to involve experienced volunteers underlines your commitment to an intergenerational approach. It demonstrates your concern for valuing the benefits of experience. Furthermore, it formalizes a trust relationship with a recognized public-benefit organization.
